Quality-Related Issues

Free return & full refund or replacement. If the product has a quality defect, Inateck provides a prepaid return label. No shipping cost to you.

Warranty claim. We will repair or replace the item (or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available). Inateck covers all shipping costs for quality-related warranty claims.

Non-Quality-Related Issues
